TERMS OF SERVICE

 GENERAL TERMS

  • All drawings will include my personal watermark that you may not remove.

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand & fees.

  • I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

PAYMENT

  • All payments are in USD ($) and sent via PayPal.

​

  • Payment plans are an option for buyers whose payment reaches the minimum of $80. Plans will be discussed privately with the client with a down payment of at least 50% of the full price.

​

  • All of my art is created digitally and you will not be shipped a physical product unless specified.

​

  • I retain the right to cancel any commission at any point in time and a full refund will be given back to the client.

THE COMMISSION PROCESS

  • Once payment has been received, I will begin the commission process with a 'sketch'. You are free to make tweaks and ask me to fix potential oversights/errors during this time.

​

  • After this initial sketch is approved, I will work on refining and cleaning up the lineart. Small tweaks can be offered but any major changes will cost an extra fee.

​

  • Please make sure to save any finished pieces of artwork you receive as I often clear out my folders and will not always have your original works on hand.

​

  • I may ask if I can post your finished commission on my socials/discord server or used as a commission example. You are free to deny this request and keep your commission private.

​

  • I do not take strict deadlines for commissions.

​

  • Characters must have a clear reference photo in order to be used. Written descriptions/game photos will be considered a custom design and cost more.

​

  • Commission turnaround should never exceed 3 months at the VERY most. My usual turnaround time is 2 weeks to a month depending on the size of the commission.

​

  • You are always welcome to ask for updates or inquire about the status of your commission.

ART USAGE

  • I retain full rights to the original artwork and finished pieces will be used as examples for commissions and/or put in my personal portfolio.

​

  • You are free to repost and share your commissions with proper credit given/linked to me.

​

  • My art should always be used as non-commercial property only unless explicitly specified otherwise.

​

  • Absolutely none of my work, commissions or otherwise, may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.

​

  • None of my work, commissions or otherwise, may be used in anything AI related.
